We do have vouchers in store available for any quantity and these can be posted if required too.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs £3.99 or is free for orders over £100.

Can I collect my items?

If you're local, you can order online for collection at our Lymington based store.

Returns

Refunds of store bought items.

Items are eligible for a refund, or for an exchange of in store goods/credit note within 7 days of their purchase. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. However, accessories such as Jewellery and Sunglasses cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds of online store bought items.

An exchange or refund can only be offered within 7 days of receipt and if the items are in perfect condition with all of the original labelling still attached and packed in it's original packaging for protection.

Shoes must show no signs of wear and must be tried on carpeted floors only, shoe boxes are considered part of the product and should also be returned in the condition they arrived!

If an item is faulty please contact us to arrange a return. Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Goods returned outside of the returns timeframe will not be accepted.
